This MR-G diver's watch takes the unique asymmetrical design, screw-lock case and distinctive frog diver character, popular when the FROGMAN came out in 1993, and takes them to a whole new level.
Originally produced in resin, the design has now been recreated in titanium, with each component manufactured separately and meticulously polished to offer an entirely new feel of high-end quality. The watch is constructed using a combination of over 70 exterior components, including a water-resistant seal for excellent FROGMAN water resistance and special stops to strengthen the shock-resistant structure, while maintaining the beautiful lines for which the MR-G line is known.
For added strength, we have developed a protective structure with fluoro-rubber bumpers installed between the different bezel parts. This structure features dial protection functionality that helps absorb shocks to the front and sides, as well as protecting the crystal.
The dedicated MR-G module includes a gold-plated retaining plate. The screw-locking case back features red vapour deposited sapphire crystal glass engraved with the iconic FROGMAN frog diver character.
The titanium strap is finished with a deep layer hardening process and DLC coating. The strap is also extendable, so it can even be worn over a wetsuit. Simply remove the side pins while pressing the buttons underneath the tabs to quickly and easily exchange the strap.
In addition to its great looks, this watch provides superior functionality. Equipped with Bluetooth®, the hour and minute hands overlap and work in unison to form a single hand when in dive mode, offering great visibility and making it easy and intuitive to see the minutes during time spent underwater. Download the dedicated app to pair it with your smartphone and easily display tide data from over 3000 locations worldwide. Check dive logs on your smartphone and get more details about the data recorded by the watch.
