Equipped with an optical heart rate sensor and an accelerometer for step counting, this G-LIDE is the perfect companion for your daily workouts, whether you’re running, walking or enjoying an active day at the beach. What’s more, thanks to Polar™ technology, you can analyse your workouts, monitor your recovery whilst you sleep, do breathing exercises and even measure your blood oxygen levels using its oximeter.

Its high-resolution Memory in Pixel (MIP) LCD screen offers excellent visibility in any situation, whilst USB charging combined with solar power ensures you have enough battery life to keep up with your adventures.

The rear case cover, made from carbon fibre-reinforced resin, reduces the watch’s weight by approximately 12 grams compared to the DW-H5600 models with a heart rate monitor, offering greater comfort without compromising on G-SHOCK’s signature durability.

Lighter, just as powerful. Pair it with the dedicated app on your smartphone to access detailed tide information. Choose from over 3,300 surf spots worldwide and receive tide data, moon phases, daylight hours and other essential information directly on your watch to make the most of every session.
